Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoekt onze klant een ervaren <strong>Demand Planner<\/strong> die een sleutelrol speelt in het optimaliseren van het planningsproces en het versterken van de afstemming tussen verschillende afdelingen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jobomschrijving<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De Demand Planner vormt het verbindende element tussen <strong>verkoop<\/strong>, <strong>marketing<\/strong> en <strong>supply chain<\/strong>. In deze rol ligt de nadruk op het opbouwen, analyseren en verbeteren van de vraagvoorspelling over diverse productcategorie\u00ebn en markten.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast speelt de Demand Planner een centrale rol binnen het <strong>S&amp;OP-proces<\/strong> en moet in staat zijn <strong>S&amp;OP-meetings<\/strong> te <strong>leiden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Belangrijkste taken:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opstellen, beheren en bijsturen van de <strong>demand forecast<\/strong> voor een toegewezen merken- of productportfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruikmaken van <strong>forecastingtools<\/strong> en <strong>data-analyse<\/strong> om een betrouwbare basisvoorspelling te ontwikkelen.<\/li>\n<li>Nauwe samenwerking met commerci\u00eble teams om input te verzamelen en te vertalen naar een <strong>data-gedreven<\/strong> vraagplanning.<\/li>\n<li>Beoordelen en challengen van <strong>sales-<\/strong> en <strong>marketinginformatie<\/strong> om risico\u2019s en opportuniteiten te identificeren.<\/li>\n<li>Actieve deelname aan het <strong>S&amp;OP-proces<\/strong> en het leiden van <strong>S&amp;OP-meetings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Vergelijken van gerealiseerde verkoopresultaten met voorspelde cijfers en analyseren van <strong>afwijkingen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik van <strong>KPI\u2019s<\/strong> zoals forecastnauwkeurigheid en bias om de betrouwbaarheid van de planning te verhogen.<\/li>\n<li>Bijdragen aan optimalisatie van <strong>processen<\/strong>, <strong>systemen<\/strong> en <strong>rapportering<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Samenwerken met operationele teams om <strong>productbeschikbaarheid<\/strong> te garanderen en <strong>voorraadniveaus<\/strong> te optimaliseren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profiel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Onze klant zoekt een analytische, communicatief sterke en gestructureerde professional met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor- of masterdiploma en ervaring binnen <strong>planning<\/strong>, <strong>forecasting<\/strong> of <strong>supply chain management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sterke <strong>analytische vaardigheden<\/strong> en affiniteit met <strong>cijfers<\/strong> en <strong>data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Vermogen om belangen te verbinden tot \u00e9\u00e9n gemeenschappelijk plan.<\/li>\n<li>Oog voor <strong>detail<\/strong> en behoud van <strong>overzicht<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sterke <strong>organisatorische<\/strong> vaardigheden en prioriteiten kunnen stellen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proactieve<\/strong> en <strong>probleemoplossende<\/strong> mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort met <strong>deadlines<\/strong> en veranderende omstandigheden.<\/li>\n<li>Vlotte beheersing van <strong>Nederlands<\/strong>, <strong>Frans<\/strong> en goede kennis van <strong>Engels<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring met <strong>S&amp;OP<\/strong> is een sterke troef;
