The IT Sourcing & Partner Management (IT SPM) team focuses on the IT services/technology partners (strategic service providers), critical service providers (CSPs) and high risk/niche vendors across IT to increase Quality of service, performance & bring in best value from providers to IT.

The IT SPM team performs a centralized role within IT with the key focus/responsibility for

– IT outsourcing model definition, formalisation and maintenance

– IT sourcing strategy

– key IT sourcing initiatives

– strategic relationships management

– performance management

– vendor first line risk management & regulatory compliance

IT SPM is a multi-cultural team, with diversified background spanning across delivery, infrastructure & security, sourcing & vendor management, purchasing, service provider, legal, product management.

The IT Sourcing & Partner Management team is seeking a Partner Manager, who will work in conjunction with IT delivery teams, across disciplines, to manage outsourcing life cycle with our Strategic Service Provider, implement and closely follow up the Governance, risk & compliance related to outsourcing activities and support senior partner managers to implement new sourcing initiatives. Success in this role will require collaboration, communication skills and experience in managing suppliers relationship.

As a IT Sourcing & Partner  Manager, you will

  • follow up key outsourced projects, by working with the IT and non-IT stakeholders (such as Compliance, Legal, Risk Management & Supply Chain) across Euroclear & the partners
  • ensure the services delivered by the partners across domains, technologies & divisions are fit-for-purpose, of good quality, bring in value for money, and of low/calculated risk
  • assist in maintaining operating models with the providers in order to enable the mechanism for solutioning including areas such as performance & relationship management
  • manage and improve the performance/SLA and the partnership with a selected set of strategic vendors for IT
  • facilitate vendor first line risk management, regulatory compliance & control assurance activities


  • You show project management experience
  • You know your way around with global delivery models
  • Your solutioning, bid management or service delivery management experience is a big plus
  • You demonstrate cause and effect thinking to identify risk and opportunity areas
