Purson is a consulting- and headhunting-company specialized in procurement & supply chain. We are currently looking to expand our team of consultants in light of a large transformation project at one of our clients.

We are both open to independent consultants, as to professionals looking to join our payroll on a permanent contract.

Job description

  • As Key Account Supply-RTM, you are the main driver of Customer Collaboration and RTM improvement for your assigned customers.
  • You are reporting into the Customer Operations Manager and will work closely with the senior KAM Supply-RTM, the Sales Support Coordinators, the Commercial team, Marketing, Activity, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance.
  • In close collaboration with the Commercial team & Logistics, you will work on RTM and TCTS improvement projects.
  • You will be organizing and leading regular meetings with your assigned customers & initiate customer collaboration projects that will lead to increased customer insights (e.g. joint forecasting), increased sales and improved Total Cost To Serve.
  • For your assigned customers, you will be in charge of Customer Performance Management (KPI setting, Data Analysis, Corrective actions)
  • Together with the Senior Key Account Supply-RTM, you will drive Continuous Improvement Projects (systems/logistics/process) in close collaboration with your Supply Chain & IT colleagues and other relevant internal/external stakeholders.
  • You will be an escalation point in case of serious customer related issues and take the necessary steps to find solutions.
  • If needed, you will provide support, in close collaboration with the Sales Support Coordinator, on Promo/Inno/Reno.
  • You will support the Senior Key Account Supply-RTM in new customer onboarding

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration or similar through work experience
  • Besides that you have 4-5 years of experience within Customer Service/Logistics/Sales
  • You are fluent in Dutch & French, with a good level of English
  • You have extensive digital skills
  • You have extensive SAP SD & Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • You have a structured way of working
  • You are pragmatic / hands-on with an analytical & process driven mindset
  • You have outstanding communication skills
  • You have a good understanding of physical flows and RTM models
  • You understand the levers of TCTS
  • You understand and follow the market trends on DTC & E-commerce
  • You know the fundamentals on Finance  & Sales
  • You are a team player with customer oriented problem solving skills
  • Ideally you have an understanding of the food retail, medical wholesaler, hospital or pharmacy environment
