Job description  

  • You work with different stakeholders in multiple Recticel sites and you will be responsible for some purchasing areas. (France + Belgium)
  • Preparing supply planning for the purchase of goods and services (indirect spend) in order to optimize TCO in accordance with the general guidelines of the purchaser.
  • Proposing & implementing improvements for (i) the operating mode, process and the optimization of the TCO of the purchased items in your perimeter.
  • Supporting and leading multiple implementation projects concerning procurement activities (e.g. ERP, e-Procurement, SRM & VMS).
  • Creating and optimizing reports linked to cost savings, spend analysis, request distribution, supplier feedback and supplier performance evaluation for all Recticel sites.
  • Taking the lead in procurement performance and support the procurement team with the reporting linked to policies, KPI’s, performance, …
  • You will report directly to the procurement manager.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor degree, preferably in procurement/supply chain (or similar educational level completed by larger experience on procurement/supply chain positions and continuous training).
  • You can rely upon relevant work experience in the field of procurement and/or supply chain.
  • Your analytical skills, including root cause analysis, are very strong.
  • You are an excellent communicator with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You dare to stand up for your opinion.
  • You have a ‘go beyond’ mindset, you are driven to continually improvements and you’ll never stop seeking opportunities to increase value.
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • You also have a very good knowledge and experience of ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • You are solution minded an are not scared to take initiative.
