    • Firstly, we analysed current planning practices and systems at hand (AS IS).<\/li>\n
    • Secondly, we proposed and developed new planning model and strategy (TO BE).<\/li>\n
    • We defined rules for segmenting and liaised with central and local planning teams. By recognizing and analyzing statistical parameters, we improved overall planning health.<\/li>\n
    • Lastly, we identified and implemented continuous improvement initiatives, providing vital support to the existing S&OP-cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
