    • Existing suppliers\u2019 achievements were analyzed and weighed against other possible international suppliers. A combination of new agreements and new suppliers ensured a more stable raw material flow.<\/li>\n
    • Analysis was done on how much more stock keeping space was needed. Through a rethinking of already existing space, no extra location was needed.<\/li>\n
    • Purson also actively participated in the material planning process, discerning key roadblocks to an efficient planning system. A new tool was suggested and the horizon of material supply was broadened through statistical means.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
