Global chemical supplier of specialty products and formulations, manufacturing a wide variety of items to meet the unique needs of the Automotive, Marine, Heavy Truck, Hardware, Electrical, Industrial and Aviation markets.

• New ERP-environment (Microsoft Business Central) global rollout during 2020-2021. After the Americas in 2020, Europe was next in line.
• Creation of a multi-disciplinary project team, drawing upon the current workforce.
• Largest supply chain impact in procurement, planning, customer service and logistics teams.
• Current processes (eg: MRP) needed full mapping in existing AX-environment.

• Day-to-day operational activities were not endangered due to a lack of resources.
• Support was given throughout several teams in the end-to-end supply chain.
• Assistance was given in defining business requirements for the new ERP-environment.
