CHALLENGES

  • The existent FM-strategy and framework was not covering the bank’s needs.. Purson took the lead in the Facility Project Team which was responsible for implementing a new Total Facility Management (TFM) strategy.

RESULTS

  • We contributed to developing the new TFM strategy from Integrated Facility Management to a Managing agent model.
  • E2E Sourcing projects covering the entire scope of Facility Management: Managing agent, Soft Services, Hard Services, Large Projects, Car Park Management & various other services for a contract value of 150Mio €
  • We additionally took on the role of Project Team responsible for the renovation of the headquarter building in Brussels. E2E sourcing projects for the fitout of the new building (made to measure & standard office furniture), Astrid contract & AVC material for a contract value of 12Mio €
